Downriver Michigan’s Relentless, In Your Face, Action-Packed Haunt Experience!
The Scream Machine Haunted Attraction

Hawthorne Manor
Your journey begins where the Coven was first realized, in Hawthorne Manor, where High Priestess Deianira now resides. Her necrotic power seeps from the walls, manifesting as thick, black vines that infect and take over everything in their path. New patrons have taken up residence in the manor and have been consumed by evil; their eyes now ringed with a sickly, red rash. They move as her minions, their bodies serving as living proof of the foul power of her magic. This is the first wave of The Coven’s attack, the corruption of flesh and mind.

Woodmere Cemetery
As you continue, you enter Woodmere Cemetery where a dilapidated church resides. The area is a realm of death itself, shrouded in dry, brittle vines that seem to feed off despair. The restless dead are rising and moving with an unnerving purpose. An ancient and yet unknown power resides in the church and a dark catacomb has been unearthed, a dark labyrinth that holds even more death and decay. Is this force an extension of the high priestess, or is it a new entity entirely? Is this a way for The Coven to ensure not even death can offer a final escape?

Thistlewood Sanitorium
You emerge into Madame Clarise’s new home. With Dr. Strach finally defeated, the asylum is hers. Her natural, thriving green vines now snake through the corridors, intertwining with her new reign. Her beloved “pets,” the animal/human hybrids, have made the asylum their own and are tirelessly seeking out new victims to grow their Madame’s power. Her most beloved and trusted associate, Rattman, has taken up residence in the kitchen, a loyal and grotesque lieutenant in her new domain.

Corrupted Ward
The second half of the Asylum has not changed, per se, but something here is very wrong. The power of the Machine itself has not been stopped by the loss of Dr. Strach. It is growing, feeding, on the fear that still hangs in the air. The “vines” here are not organic, they are a tangled mess of cords and lights. The old residents of the asylum, doctors, workers, and patients, all have been trapped in this chaotic surge. What they are becoming is a mystery, but one thing is clear: a new, powerful force of science and light has taken over the old lab, a horrifying union of life, death, and technology. What happens next has yet to be determined.
